So now, we wanna talk about Organizational Development.

But What is the definition of Organizational Development?

There are some definitions about Organizational Development

Actually Organizational Development is a field of research, theory and practice dedicated to expanding the knowledge and effectiveness of people to accomplish more successful organizational change and performance.

Organizational Development is a situational or contingency approachment to increase the effectivity of organization. It's a process that has a systematic plan of alteration and they continually do it. It also involves a planned alteration.

It also include systematic change in the attitudes, beliefs and values of the employees through creation and reinforcement of long-term training programs in an organization.

So, that's all about the definition of Organizational Development.
